This CD has different styles of meditations which includes the following; 1 mantra, 3 short visualisations & 4 fun relaxing stories about nature and animals. The tracks range from 2 to 9 minutes and are suitable for ages 3 years and older.
These meditations are used in our Chill Skills for Kids classes and our Chill Skills for Schools program. We have had great feedback from this CD, from teachers, parents and children.
Ideal to put on at bedtime to assist with sleep and anxiety, children find it very soothing as they listen and follow the relaxing calm stories. Ideally, put the CD on at night next to your child’s bed and let it play right through to the end.
It is also suitable to play at any time of day, make it a “fun quite time” for you and your child.
