Step 3: Listen to the mantra meditation ” I am Calm” (5.41 min)

Sit on the floor with legs crossed and listen to the mantra "I am calm".

You can say it in your mind , say it softly or sing it if you like.

You'll know when to start when you hear the singing bowl  and stop when you hear the singing bowl.

Hint : It is lovely to sit around a candle or a soft night light.
